Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24-72 hours based on availability. Tracking number provided for USPS/UPS/FEDEX/UPS shipments. Please allow more time for custom orders and orders with large quantities.

  • As valued clients, every order is treated with the individual attention it deserves. Please, bear in mind that all orders are not the same and some may take more time to process than others. For example, orders with large quantities, those with complicated designs, special fabrics/materials, custom orders with flawed or compromised image quality, etc. 

  • If you have a deadline or an urgent order, please contact us at ingridodle@gmail.com or text 56BELIEVE7 (562-354-3837) prior to completing your purchase. 

  • For orders that have limited or product availability issues, a suitable replacement item, style or color option may be provided at no extra charge. If a suitable option cannot be found, the order will be canceled and a refund processed. Upon cancellation, a Cancellation Notice will be auto-generated and submitted to the customer's contact provided.

  • ingridodle.com uses third party delivery services and is not responsible for shipping, logistics, tracking, delayed delivery, lost packages or any other occurrence that will delay, destroy or otherwise result in non-delivery of your order.
